24-7 Plant and Machinery Breakdown Service
We offer a 24-hour emergency breakdown service where our engineers are available to come out to your site to diagnose and repair any faults on your equipment. We carry many replacement parts on our vans with the aim to diagnose and repair faults in one visit. Where more specialist replacement parts are required, we can source these for you and advise on various repair options, costs and timescales for resolving the issue.
A call out fee and hourly rate is chargeable for this service, please call us for details.

We sometimes find that faults can be diagnosed remotely if we can talk through the problem with your site personnel. We can follow up any remote assistance with a site visit if required, however in an emergency it can be quicker to provide the initial support remotely to minimise downtime.

DJS Electrical and Machinery Services, we offer a emergency breakdown service. This service is designed for our manufacturing clients who need the security of keeping their machinery running. We understand the impact that a faulty piece of equipment, plant or machine has on productivity and so you can rely on us to dispatch an engineer out to your facility as soon as one is available - usually immediately, regardless of what time of day, or day of the week!
Even if you do not have any information or technical drawings on the equipment or machinery do not worry. We are used to this and have been undertaking this type of work for a long time. We have extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to fault finding with or without information and this will have no impact on our ability to fault find on the machine. It does not matter what make, type, function or originality of the machine, we can fault find on it by applying some fundamental principles and logic.
